We mentor young women ages 13-19 through the BIg siStar / Lil SiStar mentorship initiative. Teach participates how to create and launch their own small businesses. Provide guidance on branding, marketing and entrepreneurship. offer hands-on learning through pop-up shop opportunites. provide leadership and confidence-building workshops. Teach the the importance of paying it forward and uplifting others. Encouurage particapation in the community awareness and service liimitations. Inspire young women to give back and gift their talents to their communities. We also provide scholarship opportunites upon graduation to support education and entrepreneurial growth.
